as a woman/mother/wife etc. in pharmacy, what issues do you have that conflict with this profession? for example, does your work schedule take away from your time with your kids? is pharmacy working out for you like you thought it would? do you wish you had pursued another career for some reason?

well whatever issues arise, you will not be alone because the majority of pharmacy students are female. Most recent female grads I work with love it because the schedule is fairly flexible and the pay is still decent for part time work. And hey, taking time away from kids isn't just an issue that women have to deal with 😉
