I've scanned my copy of FA and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to create hyperlinks in the PDF file to speed up the use of the index, table of contents and also to create custom links between pages and topics, does anyone have a work flow that they are willing to share for doing this? Just interested in hearing how others are using their electronic version.
