Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. I have received a lot of help on this forum in the past and I come back hoping for the same again.

I am a medical transcriptionist. I have an ESL dictator for this C-Section report I am transcribing. The infant has been delivered and they are going through and "cleaning the uterus" before closing the patient. It sounds like he is saying "After manual (sounds like) KERDAY of about 300 mL of clot Cytotec 1000 mcg was placed rectally." COURDE of clots, KERDAY of clots??? Any ideas anyone?

Could it be "curettage"?

It's Crede (with an accent on the second e). That's a procedure where the fundus is manually compressed to expel the placenta and other blood clots. Its also used to check that your TOT is in the right spot by pushing on the bladder to see if there is leakage while the patient is under anesthesia.
