Word of Advice about Prometric

So I go to FSU and the Prometric testing center in tally sucks. They sat me at an old, crappy computer that eventually froze in the middle of my PAT. They moved me to a newer computer and I didn't lose any time. However, I could tell immediately that this computer was much more responsive than the latter. Make sure to request a newer computer to avoid lag between questions and/or freezing. Its annoying lol. I feel like ADA should regulate this better.

I also had huge lag on the RC and PAT. I wasn't aware that you were able to request a new computer.

The only lag I noticed was when I was loading new sections of the exam, primarily the PAT and RC sections. However perhaps it was just my testing center, but my computers were pretty new. Still very helpful advice through! Definitely don't want technology screwing anyone over after the hardwork that everyone's put in.
