This might help someone.

I just took AAMC 3 and was demoralized by my score. Straight 9's. Anyway, I was looking at the breakdown of what I missed. I'm a long way off from where I want to be.

But, for the people who have a goal of 30.....

You can damn near get a 30 without getting any of the hard questions right.

If I were not an MCAT veteran, I'm not sure how encouraged I would be by this thread. What really needs to be said is that there is no MCAT summit. After scoring back-to-back 30s last year, my med school advisor was convinced that was all I could do is make a 30. I managed to break that score this year and get a 34 without a stressful regimen of practice tests. If I told you my practice test regimen, you guys would probably lose hope, though, so I won't.
