Hey guys, I have a quick question. when i am filling out the work experience segment of the application, do i also mention what i learned doing the job? or should i simply bulletin my taskts and responsibilities? because i have kind of been doing it in an essay manner.

You will likely get mixed responses on here on what to do. Some people say "they have so many applications, give them bullet points and leave out the fluff." Others will tell you "there is no way that they will know how valuable the experience was to you unless you tell them." Personally I went essay form. I mentioned what my job was, what I had to do, what I learned/why I think it makes me a stronger applicant. I usually was at 700-750 characters. Thats what I am sticking to. Because it is not formally written anywhere on the AACOMAS instructions, I think whichever way you can strongly show your activities is the best way to go.

I think the best approach is to be as concise as possible to avoid fluffing with nonessential grandiose verbiage. They read a lot of these and they may gloss over what you write if you do it that way. I would also suggest including how this experience enhances you as a candidate. Good luck.
