are there any options in pediatrics to have working hours somewhat like an IM hospitalist does, the option of working 12 hour shifts of 7 days on and 7 days off?if so,what is the pay scale of such an option after doing 3 years of peds residency and how does it compare to the IM hospitalist?
moreover after a fellowship in neonatology or critical care does one have the same option of working in shifts the same wayand having plenty of time off for family?
