Working in Italy - again

I know this has been posted a few times but not recently. Does anyone have any idea about how easy/difficult it is to work as a doctor in Italy? Specifically as a GP in Sicily. I have MRCGP from UK and am working on fluency in Italiano - ciao!! Money isn't that important right now - just a chance to move and settle in Sicily.
