working in US after Canadian FM residency?

What are the requirements to work in the U.S after completing a 2-year residency in Family Medicine in Canada?

How about after completing a 3rd year? Along these lines, how difficult is it to get a 3rd year position in Canada as am IMG?

FMs require three years of residency training in the US, I think training in the US and Canada reciprocate, I have heard of Canadians completely post grad training in the US and then going back to Canada.
