Just switched my algebra based physics to workshop physics (calculus). It has integrated lab within the whole class and does not have a "lab" component added to my transcript. This counts as physics with lab for medschools correct?

Depends on how your school deals with this. At my school, all labs were integrated, but this was stated on my official transcript. If your school only does integrated labs, I think this is fine (as long as the "workshop" modifier isn't something that deviates heavily from traditional intro physics). However, if your school usually does non-integrated labs, I would talk to your registrar or pre-health office for clarification. We won't be able to give you a definite answer on this with the information listed here.
