just be forthcoming with your supervisors. Explain the situation. It sounds like you don't have much to worry about by your description of the events; although this student may have some personality traits going on. Anyway, I wouldn't delete any information but would first just talk with your superiors and then explain that you would rather let the issue settle down. Then I suppose if they still insist, you can decide if you need to turn things over or if "they got deleted".

I don't know the specifics but if there has been some legal filings, obviously don't violate those by "losing" communications.

You're worrying for no reason. This will blow over once the supervisor realizes the student has stopped.

Alright thank you, that's what I hope so too! Also, could you please delete my quote in your message? I plan to delete my thread afterwards as it has pretty good identifying info. about me, so I'd really appreciate if you could remove the quote!

LOL, such a worry wart. Sure I'll delete it.

These things really shouldn't pester you. If I worried about things much more significant than this I wouldn't be able to carry on as a physician. The most successful docs I've known have been the ones who didn't worry about little things.

Lol I'm sorry! I just worry about things like this haha, I'm applying this cycle so all those stories about adcoms or school professors identifying people based on SDN got to me I guess 🙄 But thank you so much! Really appreciate it.

Trust me adcoms don't have the time to identify people on SDN. I know so from personal experience.
