Hey guys so as this is the last smster before I start to apply, I'm not really excited about my class grades. I got a C+ in micro, a C in ochem (they dont do +/- for this class) this dropped my overall GPA a lot and is now going to be a 3.23 while my sGPA is 2.9-3.0. Is this bad ? Can I still get in this semester? I am taking the DAT in the first week of July and am really nervous. I've already taken it once and got a 17, but this will be my second time. Is my GPA horrible? Advice please!!

Also-this semester has been rough. I've gone through some family/friends problems going on that are personal and it was just not a good semester for me in general.

Dang. That sucks. Your GPA is pretty low. And with a 17, there is a very slim chance of you gaining admission. What state are you from and what school would you like to attend?

i went through tough grades last year like you're going through now. you can do it, just prioritize your schedule and kill the DAT! if you're academically capable and have confidence in yourself, i think you can get in. if you don't believe in yourself, maybe another year of doing well in school would help

I'm from Arizona, I would love to stay in state so Midwetern and A.T Still. I've been in talks with admissions at Midwestern and they said it's possible if I do well on the dat

I have a ton o EC's. I'm getting a human rights certificate, president of 2 clubs, director of finance of another, actively involved with many volunteer and shadowing hours.

Below average GPA with Below average DAT is just bad for your application. You'd be lucky to get past screening.
