Worth applying to schools out of range for MCAT from MSAR?

Hello! I have a LizzyM score of 69 (3.7 and 511). I have WARS score of 85 on the other hand(I have good ECs). WARS recommended applying to some really great schools like Wash U Saint Louis, but I noticed that from MSAR data, there doesn't seem to be anyone who got 511 who got into Wash U. Is it worth adding schools like this? I'm hesitant to add schools like UChicago, Stanford, Harvard, or Wash U with an MCAT score that is much below their range. Thank you!
