Worth to contact schools over date range mistake in AMCAS?

I have one of my community service activities listed as 1 year that I have done over 3 years with even incorrect months. The hours don't make sense over a course of 1 year and mismatch the timeline of my meaningful essays and so on.

I am leaning towards not worth it since I would be able to bring it up in interviews if need be but at the same time it could cause issues. Thoughts?
