Would this cause any delays with my secondary app review?

So I just realized that I left out my apartment # for my address on my primary app. So all of my schools have my address but without the apartment #. I went to change this on AMCAS and saw that I'd need to resubmit my primary to reflect this change. I know that it doesn't delay in processing my primary app, but what about secondaries?

No. You also need to resubmit to add schools. But it is fine. Just do what you gotta do.
