Would Physics 2A (Algebra/Trig Based Physics) count for the physics prerequisite? It’s offered this summer so I want to take it. I know that General Physics is common too, but only Algebra/Trig Based Physics is offered. They are both 4 units at my school.

Also, would dental schools “health” courses as sciences courses?

Physics 2A, the algebra/trig based physics, will count as part of your physics pre-requisite. General Physics usually refers to the calculus-based physics course. I do caution students that just because it is algebra/trig based, it does not mean that it is "easy".

Generally speaking, "health" courses are not considered science courses. However, they can be good learning experiences.
