Would volunteering for 5 months before reapplying be significant?

I started volunteering for habitat for humanity construction in February and will continue until I reapply in May/June. Just wondering if this time frame is significant enough or if it would look like I am just doing because I’m reapplying? Don’t want med schools to view it as fake or cookie cutter. I am also volunteering as an ESL tutor currently and I also started this in February. Should I keep both activities or just do one to avoid looking like I’m overloading on new activities?

For context, I am 2 years out of college and my other volunteer experience is from undergrad working as a mentor with underserved public high school students.

Currently about 12 hrs a week
How much (hours) volunteering do you do?
It does feel like I may be overloading myself a bit, especially because the habitat for humanity construction site is a bit far. A chapter much closer to me also has volunteer opportunities but they’re mainly in the ReStore. The ReStore aims to provide funds for Habitat for Humanity by providing affordable new and used building materials to our community, and Recycle and Reuse materials in order to free up our landfills.

Would something like that be as good as working as a construction volunteer? Or should I just scrap all this volunteer work altogether and just focus on scribing + ESL tutoring? I may just be overthinking it because some people on here told me that tutoring is not viewed as well by admissions committees. As a reapplicant, I’m trying to give myself the best shot possible. Sorry if my question might be a bit specific
