1st Advice : Manage it wisely (in case you have kids, ensure that your kids will have the same opportunity).

2nd Advice : I would not do it. I would be volunteering in clinics all around the world as another health professional.

3rd Advice : Look wisely for some investment options (great tips in the Financial and Investment sub-forum here).

If you wanna help other people, become a philanthropist. Like Bill Gates, you'll be helping a lot more people than an ordinary physician can

One tip though. Dont let many people know about your endowment. Create a prenup before marriage. You can do as you please, but dont spend it all in one place. Idk how old you are, but its easy to get carried away with all that money.

+50 on getting carried away with that money. It may seem like a lot, but you could probably spend it within a few years and be SOL.
