I've heard they give you a comprehensive exam before the summer and if you pass, you pass the class. Is this true? I don't want to be in that situation at all, but it'd be nice to know there's buffer just in case. Has anyone heard of people retaking courses? Also, how about the people who are put on the alternate track (taking 1 of the 2 year 1 classes at a time, thus extending year one to 2 years...)? What happens then? I believe if you fail more than one course during year 1 you're automatically put on the alternate track...

seriously, if only in your own college, there are that many people that failed classes, i wonder the total number of students that failed their classes in the entire country. that would be a lot, won't it.
won't they be affected a great deal?
