WVCOM and UP-KYCOM accept internationals (Canadians)?

According to the CIB they don't, but looking at their website it isn't explicit written anywhere. I know in last year's CIB, they still accepted internationals? Anyone have any insights?

When I tried to add those two schools on aacomas, it said they accept US citizens and PR only. My guess is that they don't accept Internationals.
