My info isn't really useful. Hence why I'm not very useful. All I know is who didn't commit murder on specific nights. But that doesn't mean they aren't wolves, it just means they weren't the wolf that murdered that particular night.

This. I feel like chupacabra fits really well into a group of wolves with ghost, vampire, and maybe werewolf. Her ability seems plausible, though and people are indeed being scared. She could be making it up. I could see a wolf scaring people as a Wolfy seering or blocking mechanism, but surely the wolves wouldn't risk their seer like ES did today. So I don't know. I'm leaning towards lynching ES but I need to think more.

The dragon is likely not a wolf. I would group the chupacabra in the "creatures of the night" category.

We've been given at least slight reason to believe the dragon tamer/dragon is not wolfy. That doesn't really extend to chupacabra, unless you have some reason to group them together that we are not aware of. Otherwise I see no reason not to group a chupacabra with other non-mundane creatures that go bump in the night.
Maybe you could help us out by posting your roll description.

You are the Chupacabra (a villager). You look scarier than you are, so rather than cause any actual harm, you just scare people into not doing whatever it was they were planning to do. Instead, they go home and curl up with their blanky.
