I had a club meeting from 5:30 to 7pm CST. I think I got on around 5:15 and 6:58. I kept liking since I was silenced, but I wouldn't have had time to make an informed decision.

There are more ways to catch wolves than just seering. I've caught many more wolves when I wasn't a seer than when I was one (since I usually die early as a seer).

Being useful is like...being able to create items or augment someone else's ability. Second-tier abilities that are nice to have around and certainly can impact the game, but losing them isn't going to do too much damage. On the other hand, those basic, fundamentally important abilities are the ones like affiliation seer and protector. The roles you would go to a lot of trouble to keep around for as long as possible because they can directly affect how much information your team has access to. The protector is important because of the fact that they can keep that information source around. Make sense?
I might be. I just think there tend to be a lot of useful rolls in some games, and unless we're just wickedly unlucky I have a feeling this might be one of those games. Not saying willow isn't a valid vote either. Just debating the reasoning. I'm not inclined to lynch anyone who says they're useful just because we've lost a few key roles.

No I think she was pointing out that there is a mechanic for someone being frightened at night, which her role description alluded to by saying she couldn't escape danger if she was too frightened.

I thought your question was one of confusion, not strategy, and I have a bad habit of wanting to help explain things...it's a character flaw.
