Congrats on two great options. I know you said both are far from home, but do you have any preference for which region of the country you'd prefer to match in? You mentioned wanting to do aways in the north east. You won't have trouble matching anywhere in the country from either school, but this could still be a consideration.
From your pros and cons list, you sound a smidge more excited about Feinberg. In general, when deciding between two equally amazing schools and cost is not a consideration, I'd base the decision off of where you'd most like to live and other quality of life factors. Nashville and Chicago are both great cities with lots of charm, but it's a different kind of charm. If you have the chance to visit each school or at least the city, I'd do that. Chicago winters, especially in recent years, haven't been that aggressive (in general, I'm surprised that the midwest has such a reputation for being cold even though it's usually no more cold than most of the north east). How much of a con is graded clinicals and AOA. Maybe you can ask current students how they feel about it? Vanderbilt has a very accelerated 1-year preclinical that is great for some but less so for others.
