Yes. Once you open a file, you enter your school(s) and can print out a cover page with a bar code that the school includes with your transcript. The cover page helps the transcript find the right file, but is not absolutely necessary, unless you have a really common name (like John Doe).
Send that paper to your schools ASAP and your transcripts can be ready to be verified as soon as you hit submit.
My file was held up some because I wanted my spring term grades included, so one school did not submit transcripts for a couple of weeks. It delayed my whole application SLIGHTLY. It all worked out in the end.

How crucial is it that class names match up exactly? For example, on my official transcript classes are called "BIOLSCI 101" but when you register for them and on the unofficial transcript they say "BIS 101."
Pretty much I'm just wondering if I really need to buy 2 official transcripts, 1 for AMCAS, 1 for me.

Get an official one now for you, then send an official one for AMCAS later. Type them in as they appear on your OFFICIAL transcripts.
