i finally got to meet with him, and a current TUCOM intern that works with him. they were both very helpful. the intern said TUCOM is very strong for clinicals, but its rotations are less than good. also, the two TUCOM students i've talked to (i work at a hospital where they rotate) have both been on military scholarships. how common is that?

now i just hope he sends the letter soon. he said before the end of the month. i'm also waiting on a non-science prof., who said within a week or two. should i just send some now and then send more when they come?

lastly, should i send some letters to NYCOM before hearing about an interview? the D.O. went there, and told me it's brilliant.

Send your letters to the schools as they are ready. Dont wait.

I know PCOM has a good chunk of military students.

Make sure this is right for you before deciding to pursue.

thanks! i will be sending PCOM and others today. it took awhile to get the dean's letter since the dean died suddenly.

i am definitely not the military type, so looks like no scholarship for me.
