I definitely reached a point last year where I wrote an introductory paragraph for an essay that served no other purpose than relating a somewhat tangentially related essay response that I cut & pasted from another secondary.

I embrace the weekend to have more time to write secondaries 🙄

I start to wonder why they can't accept "I'm awesome, what's not there to get?" as an acceptable response to the essays...

when you add schools, does that mean that they reset processing of your AMCAS and now you will have to wait longer?

Uh, well my AMCAS is already verified, but even if it wasn't...the answer is no.

If you have already been verified, then all they have to do is verify whether you have applied to that school previously. This usually takes less than a day.

Looking at your MDapps I think you have a real shot at the higher ups. Hang in there! Unless you aren't that interested in some of the schools, it seems like it is probably a good call for you to apply as you are applying.

It was round 3 of applications so I basically just said **** it, let's see what happens when we get creative.
