Hello my name is Tim, I am curious as to why you make that recommendation to keep calling. I may be stupid but if you are rejected for an interview, or never even hear back from somewhere, do you think interviewing there really is worth it? I am a persistant person, but have you heard of people matching somewhere where they were initially rejected? Are you advocating people continuously following up on their application?

By the way, I interviewed at UTSW Anesthesiology about 3 weeks ago, and I am impressed-so far number one in my book.
