I was wondering what is everyone extracurricular activities? Beside being in hospital, what else you do outside of medical theme?

Do whatever else interests you. If you like to run, then train for half marathons. Get involved with the special olympics in your local comminity. Organize 5K events to raise money. This isn't about trying to find the most impressive EC on the Internet and trying to emulate it. It won't work unless you have the drive and the passion for that kind of work and actually enjoy doing it.

Nemo is spot on. Do what you love to do. I mean other applicants have things like
Bio club, chem club, debate club, volunteering, karate, soccer, piano, the list goes on.

Best advice - do what interests you !

Ditto the people above. Do whatever you want, just make sure you are passionate about it. I've rarely talked about my stereotypical "premed" EC's during this cycle, because while I loved them, I was much more involved in unrelated stuff that interested me. If you make this passion show, medical schools will be impressed at your commitment and will see a future in you.

That being said... don't make drinking your EC... do productive stuff.

+1

OP, I definitely recommend pursuing interests outside of "typical premed" EC's. A few of my non-premed related EC's are student government, student conduct and academic integrity review, and club sports. If you give yourself a break from all the sciency/hospital stuff and do other things, not only do you become a more well rounded person, but life becomes more enjoyable. I'm not saying that you don't enjoy hospital volunteering or research, but having some diversity in your activities will make your week more interesting.
