You have other schools that are reaches such as Yale, the Texas schools (strong preference for TX residents) and the CA schools. Unless you are URM the GPA-MCAT grid shows your chances for a MD acceptance are ~75%. Add more realistic schools such as:
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical
Hofstra
Tufts
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
You could certainly receive an acceptance from a school on your list but it would help your odds to apply more broadly and apply to only a few reaches.
