You best chances for an interview are your PA schools. You could add these schools where you have a chance for an interview with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Creighton
St. Louis
There are several schools on your list that are reaches-Boston U, Emory and Case.
The state public schools you applied to (South Carolina, Colorado, Cooper and the Florida schools) accept few non residents with your stats.

Not to question your suggestions, but how do you determine that Emory or Case western are reaches? Emory has a MCAT median of 35 and 3.8 GPA.

The 10th percentile for the MCAT is 33 for Case and 32 for Emory so your score is below that. Also Emory takes 1/3 of their class from GA residents indicating some instate bias.

Ipso facto OP has no business of applying to those schools and they are not reaches.

In WAMC, we call those "reaches."
Even when a particular choice is just a donation, we realize that the applicant isn't looking at the process the same way we do.
Being kind but clear is the goal here.
