Your chances in FL are very good, but you should take a look at the MSAR and formulate an OOS list.
If SLU, why not Creighton and Loyola?...

Hi all, I'm a first-time applicant planning to take a gap year. I don't have any URM or disadvantaged status. Florida resident.

Total clinical volunteering: 130 hrs
Total shadowing: 150+ hrs (Plastics and ER)
Secretary for 2 student organizations
Good/excellent LORs
Biology TA 3 semesters
2 semesters of clinical research
Will be working in a marine science lab this summer

Currently working on finding a (non-medical) job and securing a non-medical volunteer experience with an elementary school.

With your stats, I would add a few reach schools, especially if you were productive in the lab: Baylor, Emory, Northwestern, Pittsburgh or Rochester. You never know.
