I'll be taking the exam this spring and was wondering if any fellows/attendings on this board have taken or plan on taking this exam and could offer any study/preparation tips/strategies.

I think about it each year, but then never seem to get around to it. I think the prep courses are probably the best way to go, if like me, you're a few years out of residency.
