Any hospitals hiring locums directly ?

If the hospital offers you a full time W2 directly, would you trust them? What are some advantages and disadvantages of working for the hospital as a full time employee (without an anesthesia management company)?

I believe in the hospital's instinct for self preservation. They will pay as much as they need to keep you happy and nothing more. The ORs are the money maker and keeping those facility fees rolling is the #1 priority.
