I really liked Kaplan. They had lots of practice problems and great explanations. Furthermore, they had an online prep that came with the book, and had two more additional practice tests. They also had free full tests online every now and then, which was helpful taking on a computer. If of interest, Kaplan also makes practice books for many gre subject tests. (Most schools don't require these l, but two want biology I believe).

I used Magoosh mostly for math stuff - it was AMAZING. As far as math standardized prep goes. 100% worth the 80 or 100 bucks it costs and I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

I second magoosh. I do well with math on standardized tests, so I contemplated only buying the verbal review, but did the full plan and I'm glad I did. My estimated math score has improved from 155 when I first started to 159, and I'm hoping I can get that up to a solid 160 for the actual test. It's been nearly ten years since I took geometry, so I've forgotten all the special triangle rules and the like. Plus, even with topics I know well, the videos are a nice review. And GRE math is a bit different than math class math, so it's been a nice prep for the test.

I think I paid just under $100 for the full plan. I felt it was a good investment if it meant I only had to take the GRE once. If you taken the GRE before, they have a score guarantee and will either refund you the GRE cost or the prep plan cost (I don't remember which!) if you don't improve by a certain amount of points overall on your next test using their plan.
