I'm currently exploring different areas of pharmacy I can get into with my future Pharm.D.

I am curious regarding your thoughts about people-facing roles such as this one:https://jobs.pfizer.com/psc/recruit...ee=no&pid=0&rowid=5&HRS_JOB_OPENING_ID=972543[1]

It doesn't seem like you need to be a pharmacist in such a role. Why would any pharmacist want to work in such a field?

No patient interaction and you work for an evil company.

It is required to be a pharmacist for that job.

Thinking about switching, eh bru?

Lol! Sparda seems like he's always looking ahead!! Not a bad thing by any means...

But I would assume these specialized jobs require extra training on top of the PharmD in the form of a fellowship, etc.

Actually, it says pharmacy licensure preferred, but that other post-bac degrees would be considered.

As to whether its a "waste", its not a waste if its someone's ideal job.
