Comquest Individual COMAT qbanks?

Hey guys,
So I'm about to take my family medicine shelf, and I've read through FM case files twice and have done like 1K questions of IM/Peds/OB from UWorld and Comquest.

However i did notice that Comquest offers individual q-banks for each COMAT exam. I was wondering if anyone has used these and, if so, how well are they constructed and are they worth it?

I dont know how this would be possible...but is this your first COMAT?
They arent hard, and FM was probably the easiest one of them all.
Just to clarify though,
Peds, and OB arent on this test, and IM isnt really on it either.

Comquest is probably my least favorite qbank, so I am biased, but I promise you dont need to buy their "practice comats". You will be fine
