DO: 3.7 GPA, 21 MCAT, paramedic. What are my chances?

Its possible (statistically speaking) but highly unlikely.

He'd have to have one amazing story and a very convincing interview.

Even so, I'd be very concerned about OP's ability to pass the STEPs and become board certified.

I heard of people doing well who flubbed the MCAT but statisticaly he is in bad shape. I hope I'm proved wrong!

OP had a 21 then 18. FWIW, @DrMidlife (a prominent M4 SDN member who mainly posts in the reapplicant and nontrad forums) straight up tells people NOT to attend medical schools that let you in with scores these low.

I agree with you though its a bad idea to attend but if OP changed things up I could imagine OP doing well
