Do I really need to know every little intricacy of sperm production?

I'm getting a little overwhelmed with my studying for the May 22nd MCAT. I just looked at my notes on sperm production and it's a page and a half of dense notes on how a spermatazoa is produced. Just this chapter alone on reproduction is going to be like 3-4 pages of dense notes. Multiply that by 10 chapters.. is this really necessary? This extends to all areas of bio I've been reading about.. just seems like too much. I can't imagine the MCAT is going to expect someone to know every little detail about how the human body functions, but perhaps that's why I got demolished the first time I took it

Know the important things about it. Like sertoli cells-located in seminiferous tubules, provide nourishment to spematids as they differentiate, Leydig cells-make testosterone, etc
