I have the FAP too, and yes, po' life does suck haha.

I think that you should call and ask about it. Try to get as high up on the chain as you can. When I spoke to Tanya, the OM, more **** seemed to get done.

In the same vein, I wonder why the FAP isn't a lifetime award. I mean it's not like people just dig themselves out of poverty in a year. :/

You can register at the FAP discount with your 2013 FAP as long as you do it before January 1st. I think around november or december 2013 they allow you to register for 2014 MCAT up to March. Otherwise, you'll probably have to wait for taxes and the application being processed, which would take longer than January.
