Fam med interview itinerary

In general how far in advance is everyone receiving their itineraries. Should it be at least 1 week in advance? Just wondering since I haven't heard from some programs after scheduling interviews

Some I received right away. Some they said they would let me know details a few days before. I think it's highly program dependent. I did email one program to get clarification on starting and ending times so I could book my flight. If you need to firm up travel plans, I don't think it's a big deal to email the coordinator.
