Does Florida allow for sale of any insulin without a prescription?

Also, with regard to syringe sales without an RX, is the only requirement that the person be 18 years? No logbook(s) requirement?

Sale of syringes in FL is based on the city or county you're in. According to my notes some will require scripts and some don't. But, as you stated, never to a minor. Not sure about insulin.
