Got below a 7 in a section..

I did fine on my physical sciences and bio 11/10 but got below a 7 on verbal. I am finished with my apps and planning on turning them in. I am scheduled for a retake on 8/21. My question is will I not get secondaries because I am below a 7 in verbal?
