I am a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences..I have a GPA of 3.92, but my MCAT score is substantially low 26 on second attempt.
I have shadowed some specialties, summer research experience, and some volunteering experience (not enough though).
Therefore, what can I do to improve my resume? Do I need to focus on leadership or clinical experience? How can I get leadership experience?

Now I will make another attempt for MCAT next May. Assuming I make a reasonable score, I cannot get into MD/DO school until 2015.

Please advise whether I should do some research work, take some extra courses, or do something else to improve my resume for interview and prepare myself for med school.
