On Crack the DAT, they say that a change in pressure shifts the equilibrium in one direction without changing the equilibrium constant. Since the equilibrium position changes, shouldn't the equilibrium position change as well? Thanks.

Only temperature changes equilibrium constant. Adding the pressure simply takes the system out of equilibrium, and the reaction would shift in response to "stress". However, this would not change equilibrium constant. Chad does a great job explaining this. If you're still confused, I'd recommend checking his videos on gen chem.
