Can anyone explain this? I thought adding He would increase the pressure therefore favouring the side with less moles?

Helium is a non reactive gas(noble gas) that wouldn't change the moles per volume of the reactants. Chad covers this in his video.

When you increase pressure by lowering the amount of volume the volume per mole of reactant gas decrease thus the equilibrium favors the side with the least moles of gas.

However if this pressure change was caused by additional molecules of gas that aren't reactive, the volume per mole of gas per reactant remains unchanged, thus the equilibrium remains unchanged.

Helium is non-reactive, so it would do nothing here AND helium is not even in the given reaction. so it would not shift the reaction to left or right to begin with.
And now, "heat" is considered as a product here. what happens when you heat something ? - increase the temp right ?
so if you decrease the temp here, the amount of heat goes down (right side). Thus, this causes the reaction to shift to the right thus increasing the amount of PCl5, according to Le Chatliers.
