MCAT retake, upward trend, pursuit of ECs, chance me, thx!

Hey everyone, I'm currently a senior at a top 15 uni, appreciate any feedback.

3.3 cGPA, 3.12 sGPA, upward trend currently
24 MCAT (06 PS, 08 VR, 10 BS) (8/3/13)
29 MCAT (10 PS, 10 VR, 9 BS) (8/7/14) (retake)

Involved ECs:
-Leadership, sports/athletics, shadowing yada yada
-Interesting entrepreneurial experiences
-Clinical volunteering only around 40 hours currently, look to do more in gap year/next semester

So what do you guys think? I really would love to go to any medical school and will apply to some MD schools if I have a chance. I would still definitely love to go to a DO school, as I've found OMM to be interesting. I'm an Illinois Resident... Appreciate any feedback as well as recommendations! (where to apply, etc..)
