MTM/CMR reibursement

Hi there wanted to get some feedback from any fellow pharmacists doing remote contract MTM for companies like PharmMD / Outcomes / Blue Cross Blue shield or other independent contractors.

What kind of compensation are you getting? Are you getting paid by the hour or by the patient? What would you consider a fair hourly wage?
