Hey sunita,
how you doin..well first of all good luck, its gonna be tuff starting to study for it but you will do fine...
next...I only used the 2004 decks, and al the old test papers and only kaplan for dental anatomy...adn i found it to be suffiecent...but we'll know how well my prep was once i get my score so i should know in a week or two! But i honestly feel taht the decks, papers, and kaplan only for dental anatomy is enuf even if u are weak with ure basic sciences...becasue i was quite weak with anatomy/biochem/physio...hahah pretty much everythign! but like i said let's see what kinda score i get adn then we can really judge if those things are enuf for u cuz if i score good then we'll know that even an average student can get a good score with just those materials!!!

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone has actually gotten Evaluations done from both ECE and WES. Is there a difference in the GPA ?
I am taking my Part 1 in AUG and was gonna send out the Application for Course by Course Evaluation and was wondering whch one to send it to ???

Hey i was just like all of u that are getting ready for teh exam a couple of weeks ago,,i'm glad to share the info i learned from all the people that helped me before my exam...thats' why this is a great forum for info...so when u guys all get done wiht ure exam then u can help others and everybody benenfits...my only fee is that u pray that i get a good score cuz if i dont then all my help is useless!!!!!! ahahha...well not really:) but u know what i mean!!!!!

now a days i m using that for biochem physio,n patho also.......................

its good score,i know u worked very hard n expecting nice score!infact i used to check SDN daily 4times to see ur score! but sometimes things just happened!!! n during that period we should belive in god n ourself!!!!

Hey sunita,
I only used kaplan for DA... i didn't refer to it for anyting else as i found it to be much to vast and detailed...but then again i only got an 84 so maybe u should study it hahahha! but seriously i would still say that only use it for reference...not many people i know buy many unpup papers and i dont know that how many quality ones actually even exist...u would have to check up with someone else on that....

i can't say much as i m not very good in writing n build up nice sentences,perhaps can suggest u one thing; follow ur mind :) ,not heart...
my mind always suggest me to study!
n heart wants to go out n enjoyyyyyyyy!

don't worry rags!
don't take tension!
but study!atleast read 40 pages a day!

i hope this ll work!
btw, i finished my reading with micropath!now doing DA!n biochem physio!

Hi everybody :I am planning to take part 1 in december.I have to send my transcripts for evaluation.I am sending it this week.Then I have to send the application form for part 1.Is it too late now :sleep: .I am in Kansas and the nearest place is collorado for written exams.I couldnt find details about computer exams .Please let me know If there are any centers close to Kansas or Topeka for CBT. :confused:

no its not late at all! all this procedure ll take around 1n1/2mths,so u can take exams in oct also, :)
nice to hear u r in Kansas, i was in kansas for some time .....n i think u can take CBT, :thumbup: there are lots of centers in KS.u just have to search on the net!

yah, its right time to start, u can take exam in 2 /2n1/2 mths also if u r confident.n prepared too :) ...usually ppl take this exam in 3 mths......n u have got 5mths,that is enough time!

do check ada.org and www.2test.com for more information about test center locations for CBT. i think centers are there all over the US so kansas shouldnt be an exception!

how to get some 2nd hand stuff for the study.

well.... it was a weekend so no time to look into computer :D
..... trying to study...realized today that with the pace i am going with ,wont be able to finish the subjects( leave aside the revision) in my next life too :p :laugh:

yah,DD n kaplan are different,in which kapalan is too vast n DD is perfect for the prep of NBDE.
u can go on www.ebay.com n find the 2nd hand books.

i heard that cbt is tougher these days..is it true..especially DA n biochem..
