If you need a break from the MCAT grind, I found it amusing and somewhat insulting that AAMC thinks Puerto Rico is an international location... They have it listed as a separate country and under "International" Testing as well.
Last time I checked, Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States. No passports needed to fly there, all its residents are US Citizens at birth. The only difference is they can't vote for President, until they relocate to the United States [which btw, is as simple as getting on a plane and renting an apartment. No "immigration"].
