Im taking oChem in the summer, can anyone tell me what gen chem topics I should brush up on to better prepare? Thanks

Don't waste your time with reviewing Gen chem because Ochem is a whole new language. You should start looking into overviews and preparation books for Ochem. Organic Chemistry is not a hard subject, it just takes a lot of time and patience.

Make sure you understand polarity, and how bonds are formed. Like pi and sigma bonds are formed. Also, most of the reactions that are occur is so the molecule is stable, so lower in energy. Other than that, orgo is mainly memorizing a lot of reactions.

dont prepare. Just take the course and study hard. Use Chads videos and DAT destroyer when you are studying for DAT

They are completely different subjects under the broad umbrella of chemistry. They really aren't similar in terms of concept or approach. In other words, don't waste your time.
